I'm Mike. I help people get stronger, move better, and feel better.

Most of the people I work with are busy — balancing work, family, stress, and everything else life throws at them. They need structure, accountability, and a plan that actually works.

Some are complete beginners. Others want to lose weight, run better, or rebuild confidence in the gym.

I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and currently coach at The St. James Performance Club in Bethesda, where I advanced to a Level 3 trainer through the club's coaching development curriculum. I'm also NASM CPT and CES certified, and a lululemon run ambassador for Bethesda.

My coaching style is supportive, real, and challenging when it needs to be. I'll meet you where you're at, help you build consistency, and push you further than you thought you could go.
