- Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form on the Site, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of the "Goals / Message" field you complete.
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address (and any other information you choose to provide).
- Direct communications. If you email us at mike@mikesnape.com, message us on social media (e.g., Instagram @mikesnapejr), or otherwise contact us, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that communication.
- Booking and coaching information. If you become a client, we may collect additional information necessary to provide coaching services, such as training history, fitness goals, health-related information you choose to disclose, scheduling preferences, and payment information (processed by third-party providers — see Section 5).

When we no longer need your information, we will delete or anonymize it.
